The Academy of Talented Scholars is a small District 20 choice school, located in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, which is dedicated to academic, social, and emotional excellence through a Collaborative Team Teaching model. Our goal is to nurture our student’s personal interests & talents, instill a passion for lifelong learning, while inspiring all students to become productive & conscientious citizens. In addition, we will provide all of our students with a creative & differentiated learning environment that will include the Schoolwide Enrichment Model, Technology, and the Arts.
School staff is encouraged to attend a summer retreat and participate in after school tutoring programs. (Compensation according to the UFT contract and advance notice will be provided.
