We're pleased once again to share our newest versions of our Reading and Writing Curriculum Calendars, differentiated from grades K through 8, with schools that work closely with the Project. This year with the release of the national Common Core Standards, we have made an extra effort to highlight the areas of our Calendar that have historically aligned directly with these standards. We also developed brand-new (and we think quite exciting) units to support some of the newer criteria outlined in the Common Core Standards. These Calendars are the heartbeat of our year long work and we are excited to support schools in developing research-based, student-centered methods for attaining the goals of the Common Core Standards.

You can browse and download the grade-level based documents we created to help our schools see the many ways our units align to these standards. Each document outlines the Standards for that grade-level by category and has a chart that displays which of our Units relates directly to that particular Standard.
